Henriette Lundgren is an international scholar-practitioner in the field of human resource development (HRD). Educated in the Netherlands, Italy and Germany, she holds a degree in International Business from Maastricht University, a master’s in Organizational Psychology from the Open University Hagen, and a Ph.D. in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University. Henriette is currently connected to The George Washington University's Human and Organizational Learning Program as visiting scholar.
Henriette started her career at Unilever where she worked in various line management positions in the UK, Poland, the Netherlands, and German. She then joined Grange Partnership, a global training consultancy, where she helped clients in Asia, Europe and Latin America for 10 years. After moving to the USA, Henriette continued her HRD career as the Director of Corporate Learning at Byrne Dairy in Syracuse, NY. At Corning Incorporated, she supports all things talent at the research, development and engineering division.
