Jihye Oh is an assistant professor in the School of Management at Azusa Pacific University. She earned her Ph.D. in Educational Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University. Her research interests include social capital/network, ethical leadership, Millennials, and career development. She has published in a number of peer-reviewed journals, including Leadership and Organizational Development Journal, Human Resource Development Review, Career Development International, and Journal of Management, Spirituality, and Religion.
