Katsiaryna Matusevich, PhD, ACC serves is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Development at Barry University. She is also the program director for the Master of Science in Human Resource Development program at the School of Education. Her research has focused on exploring a link between environment and employee well-being, in particular, work-related flow, and on the role that situational factors including ethical organizational culture, corporate social responsibility, authentic leadership, workplace social support, coaching, perceived organizational support, and psychological safety play in positive employee outcomes. She is certified in Brain-based Coaching through Neuroleadership Institute and holds the Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation.
