Ahreum Lim is a Ph.D. student in the Learning, Leadership, Organizational Development program at the University of Georgia, Mary Frances Early College of Education. Her research interests include generative learning, sociotechnical theory, ethics training, the future of work, and computational approach to text data. In particular, her work spans around the development of ethics training for the engineers and the placement of adult learning in the context of the expansion of algorithmic management in the workplace.
