Jennifer J. Park is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Instructional Systems Technology program at Indiana University (IU). Her research interests are in workplace learning, mentoring, and using technology in career and leadership development. Before joining IU, she completed her master's degree in Education at McGill University where she has researched minority students' silence in classrooms. Her undergraduate degree was in Business and English. Jennifer has work experience in both the corporate and education sector. She worked for multinational companies as a business analyst and market research consultant as well as a business communication lecturer.
