Dr. Shinhee Jeong is an assistant professor in the School of Leadership and Human Resource Development at Louisiana State University. Her specific areas of research revolve around leadership, interpersonal relationships, gender equities, workplace learning, and organizational change. She has a strong background in quantitative methodology including measurement validation and multi-level/multi-group analyses. She serves as Associate Editor for the Mentoring and Tutoring: Partnership in Learning Journal. She has also received several research awards and recognitions, most notably, the 2019 Best Dissertation Award at the Association for Talent Development, the 2018 Emerald Literati Award, and the multiple Cutting-Edge Awards at the Academy of Human Resource Development Conference in the Americas.
