Matt Archer, M. A. (he/they) is a doctoral student at Oakland University, in Rochester, MI, studying Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity issues in Educational Leadership. Matt's work primarily focuses on the needs of LGBTQIA+ faculty, staff, and students; on the needs of faculty, staff, and students with disabilities; and on the intersections that exist between disability and queerness. He helps teach Master's level Higher Education/Student Affairs courses, and undergraduate Human Resource Development courses. He has interests/work in queer theory, disability theory, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), and more. Matt's dissertation work focuses on the experiences of asexual spectrum (asexual/aromantic) students with disabilities as they navigate their time in college.
