Dr. Szufang Chuang is associate professor of human resource development at Indiana State University. She is certified Human Resources Professional, Hospitality Supervisor, and Hospitality Trainer. Her teaching is primarily focused on continuous performance improvement, industrial organizational psychology, ethics and technological advancement, and international and cross-cultural training. Her research interests included impacts of advanced technology on workforce, effects of diversity and globalization in workplace, facilitation of adult learning and leadership development, and social psychology and influences on human behavior and actions.
