Taylor Cavallo is a Doctoral Student in Human Resource Development at the University of Minnesota and has a Master's degree (M.A.) from the same program. Her research is focused on the intersection of gender, labor, and capitalism. She uses a Critical HRD framework as well as an interdisciplinary approach to explore the ways in which work and labor create meaning in our lives and society. She began her career in advertising agencies in New York City, where she held roles in talent development and human resources.
