Dr. Greg Wang is a Professor of Human Resource Development at the Department of Human Resource Development, College of Business and Technology, The University of Texas at Tyler. His research interest include HRD theory development, indigenous HRD research, international HRD, and evaluation and assessment for HRD research and practices. His research is largely based on years of hands-on HRD practitioner experiences at GE Learning Solutions, Motorola University, and performance consulting businesses. With AHRD, he served as a member of Board of Directors, conference Track Chair, chaired International Committee, and served as Quantitative Method Editor and Assistant Editor at HRDQ, He also served as the editor of Journal of Chinese Human Research Management.
