Dr. Robin Hurst is an Associate Professor of Adult Learning in the School of Education at Virginia Commonwealth University. She comes to VCU after more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, and Training and Organizational Development with both multinational and domestic organizations. Robin has consulted with numerous organizations in Organizational Development, Leadership Development using Action Learning, Ethical Decision-Making, and Continuous Improvement.
Robin holds an MA and Ed.D. in Human and Organizational Learning from George Washington University. Her work has been published in international journals, and has served as an Associate Editor for Organizational Culture: an International Journal. Her current research is focused on the Agile, Digital, Learning Organization, Organizational Culture Development, Organizational Identity, Evaluation and Assessment of Learning, and Action Learning in Graduate Education.
