Dr. Ague Mae Manongsong is a Postdoctoral Researcher and an Adjunct Instructor of HRD at Drexel University. She is a recent graduate of the School of Education’s Ph.D. program at Drexel University. Previously, she earned Master’s degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from CSU, Sacramento and in Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University.
In terms of her research interests, she seeks to explore how women and other marganalized groups can utilize and benefit from mentoring to achieve their leadership aspirations while interrogating the systems that prevent successful mentoring relationships through intersectional, feminist, and developmental network frameworks. Her work has appeared in HRDR and HRDQ. She has also written chapters for The SAGE Handbook of Learning and Work and Handbook of Research Methods in Careers. Additionally, she is the managing editor of HRD International (HRDI), one of the flagship peer-reviewed journals in the field of HRD.
