Dr. Emmanuel Osafo is an assistant professor at the Washington State University with a PhD in Organizational Leadership from the University of Minnesota, BA and MS in psychology from from the University of Ghana and Missouri State University respectively. Dr. Osafo has worked at the Psychology Department, Missouri State University, and the Urban Research Outreach Engagement Center, University of Minnesota and other non-academic environments. Dr. Osafo is an editorial board member of the International Journal of Business and Systems Research, reviewes for many seasoned journals, and serves as a member of the Diversity and Inclusive Committee of the Kennewick School District. His research focuses on the interdesciplinary areas of social justice, community development, leadership, and volunteer development. Dr. Osafo is an emerging scholar with a lengthy teaching experience, and has published articles in many scholarly journals and presented at conferences accross the globe. He enjoys having time with his family.
