Abstract: Business Communication Education is a very important addition to the manufacturing industry. While not always given much consideration, researchers and employers have come to see its value in producing more competent employees as well as more efficient communication within the organization (Wei Chan et al., 2018). Effective communication strategies in the business world enables employees to better understand what they are meant to do, improves relations with clients/customers, and overall improves workplace interactions (Genç, 2017). If employees are not given clear directions, their work will be poorly or improperly done, and the organization will suffer as a result. If communications with clients or customers are not well managed, they might look to transfer their business to where communication is clear and concise. Likewise, if communications among coworkers or between employers and employees is inappropriate or confusing, work will not get done when it needs to, and people may begin to avoid communicating with one another at all. More importantly, critical safety information can get lost, putting the manufacturers in harm’s way. In order to avoid these issues and attempt to reverse the damage done by them, business communication needs to be taught both in the education of manufacturers and on the job.
