Abstract: Evidence shows that engaged employees make organizations more productive and profitable and have higher employee retention and customer loyalty. Within healthcare organizations, engaged employees have higher retention and reputation and lower turnover; however, employees are not a part of the Triple Aim in healthcare. That is why there is a need for another aim - the Quadruple Aim to improve the experience of providing care. During this focused session, participants will work in small groups to determine how human resource development and leadership development can help healthcare organizations meet the Quadruple Aim.
