Welcome to the 2023 Conference Proceedings! This year, we have been able to include some of the best scholarship in the field of HRD. Through the thousands of volunteer hours, more than 200 refereed submissions were developed, reviewed, revised and placed into this document. Without these contributions, the conference would not be possible. By clicking on the Full Schedule button, you will be able to find the conference proceedings.
